Just a few kilometres to the world’s aquatic natural wonderland the Great Barrier Reef, and only 15 minutes to Cairns Domestic and International Airports, there’s not a more idyllic location to moor your boat in Cairns.
Bluewater Marina boasts state-of-the-art facilities and will also feature an integrated lifestyle precinct for residents and visitors to enjoy.
Facilities
The marina is equipped to handle most sizes of craft with 108 mono and multi-hulled berths. 12m (40ft), 15m (50ft) and 18m (60ft) berths, with deepwater ocean access. Berths are available for casual or long-term rental and for sale.
2 phase 240v power is included with 12m and 15m berths, and 3 phase electricity is available for 18m berths at $0.125 per unit. An additional charge of $2.20 a day applies to all vessels fitted with air conditioning.
An onsite Marina Manager and 24-hour security cameras offer peace of mind knowing your boat is securely moored.
Subject to availability, berths are accessible all the year round. Rental rates are calculated on the size of the berth, not on the boat length. Commercial vessels are subject to special conditions and rental rates. Berthage is due in advance and rates include GST.
