Designed by Multiplex Living and renowned architectural firm Cottee Parker Architects, responsible for some of Brisbane’s most prestigious developments, Promenade is defined by its architecture, position and location in addition, all edges of the facade are equal; there is no discernible ‘back’ to the building, as all facades address either a street, pedestrian walkway or important vista. A combination of Cottee Parker’s experience and Multiplex Living’s well crafted guidelines were a driving force behind the design of Promenade.
