Across its exterior, warm, natural elements of timber and stone create a relaxed beach house feel. On first sight, the focal point is the elegant manta ray shaped roof, which floats above a series of robust blade walls. This helps naturally cool The Leighton, significantly reducing its energy use and impact on the environment.

Constructed from recycled Tallowwood, The Leighton's exterior walls have the effect of protecting and defining the individual apartments, so that each feels like a private house or terrace. The warm Tallowwood flows through to the apartment interiors, providing a textured feature to the living areas.

The Leighton's vibrant internal courtyard offers a luxurious space for residents to exercise and unwind in privacy. Facilities include a gym, pavilion and 20-metre resort-style pool surrounded by plenty of room for relaxing in the sun.
