Limited Parkside Land Release at Bluewater

A limited third stage of Bluewater’s popular Parkside precinct has just been released to the market.

Only 13 homesites have been released in this latest stage of Multiplex Living’s premium masterplanned community at Trinity Beach. New blocks range in size from 450m2 to 663m2, enjoy superb views to Earl Hill, and are all level with vistas to the Macalister Ranges.

The standout feature, however, is the close proximity to the magnificent 14 hectare Central Parklands which will become the centrepiece of the Bluewater community, incorporating bicycle tracks, walking paths, playground equipment and barbecue facilities. Work is now underway on the Central Parklands and is scheduled for completion next year.
